Gently removes residue, dirt and excess oil without stripping skin of vital moisture.

HOW TO USE IT

After cleansing, moisten a sterile cotton pad with the facial toner and apply to face, avoiding the immediate eye area. Follow with Ultra Facial Lotion or Oil-Free Gel Cream.
