Chuck Hughes Carbon Steel 10-Inch Crepe Pan

The Chuck Hughes 10" crepe pan evenly cooks pancakes, burgers or vegetables on its carbon steel rust-resistant surface. The crepe pan can be used for all cooking surfaces including use in the oven.

SEASONING

This pan comes pre-seasoned and ready to use

If re-seasoning is required:

• Place a teaspoon of vegetable oil or lard into the pan and set on cook top at medium heat
• Spread the oil evenly around surface of pan to create a thin layer, remove any excess oil
• Heat the oil until smoke appears, when smoke appears remove pan from the heat and carefully wipe off oil.
• Once pan is cooled, repeat seasoning process at least one more time
• When seasoning is complete and the pan is cooled, wash with warm water and dry completely
